There are lots of ways to combine images and text – the key thing to making it effective is choosing mages to back up the story being told.

This ELH challenge was about ways to combine text with images. Since much of my work has revolved around emergency and crisis situations, the mild-moderate-severe scale is the basis for the colour palette in this challenge. The photos come from the Articulate Content Library. The content itself is not from anything official (especially the ipsum!)
